Hitesh started his entrepreneurial journey back in 1996 with the opening of a "Europa" Factory Outlet  of Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly brands. In1997, he forayed into distribution, with global apparel brand Peter England from Madura Garments. Hitesh was also part of the success story of several labels like Byford, SF, SF Jeans, Elements and Elysee. As the brain behind Adonis Group’s operations, he diversified the line of business further and became the distributor for well-known brands like Nike, Reebok, and Nokia (for Bangalore). Over a period of time, he spearheaded the group’s growth by expanding into distribution of other life style products such as Sony Personal Audio, Hutch, Levis Signature delivering huge successes for each brand. 

Hitesh is famous for his PR skills and is often referred to as a ‘people's person’. Various awards of excellence from Madura Garments as well as from Nokia stand testimony to his success. 

He is the founder of Adonis Group and handles New business initiatives, growth strategy for the group.

 

Kavitha H Shah is an integral part of the Adonis group. A strong entrepreneur who swiftly and efficiently juggles between family, kids and work, helped launch and manage the first Europa outlet store in India in early 2001. Further, she has helped add 12 Peter England stores under the Adonis group franchisee along with managing Satya Paul Premium Retail store. Post her Matrnity break, in 2016 she took up and holds a franchisee of Titan retail store in Mandya. Later in 2018,she started and handles a Flagship Titan store at Orion Mall, Bengaluru. In 2019, she got selected for the women entrepreneur program at IIM,Bangalore sponsored by Goldman Sachs. Kavitha is an astute businesswoman who has been successful in every venture of hers. Apart from being a full time mother of her son Tanay Shah, and a successful businesswoman, she enjoys painting and has an impressive collection of self painted art over the last 20+ years.

Samir Shah comes with 21 years of rich experience in printing and packaging solutions. He joined Adonis group in 2018 and jointly heads the Peter England distribution for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region. His multi faceted experience and skills is vital for the group in expanding their footprints across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Mukesh Sharma joined Adonis as Mentor and Advisor in 2017 with a strong background in Retail. He worked with all internationally recognized companies like Nerolac Paints, Samsonite, Reliance Retail, ICICI and Luxottica.

A MBA Graduate and a hard core retail professional with over 25 Years of experience and a well known name in Optical industry: Both -Online and Offline. He has opened over 500 retail outlets in his professional career. "Faster than fastest" is the approach seen in all of his actions.
